What happens to the reservation I made?

All existing reservations will be honoured at the same rate and under the same terms and conditions. 

Your existing reservation ID will be matched to a new booking reservation number. If you have shared your email address with us, you will receive a new confirmation email with the new hotel name: Mercure Liege City Centre.

What about the Wyndham Rewards Loyalty programme?

The hotel will stop being a member of the Wyndham Rewards program as of the 27th January 2020. Member benefits such as room upgrades will be provided for bookings made before January 27th based on availability, however no points will be earned on stays past this date. The hotel will join ALL (Accor Live Limitless) loyalty program and guests can enjoy benefits including:

Yes, the hotel will maintain free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Are there any family rooms at Ramada Plaza Liege?

Yes, our hotel has several rooms that are suitable for families. The rooms have plenty of space and feature all the wonderful comforts of our Deluxe rooms such as air-conditioning, flat screen tv's and free internet access. The spacious rooms sleep 2 adults and 2 children, under the age of 10, with a king-size and sofa bed.

Do you have interconnecting rooms at Ramada Plaza Liege?
