The Archeoforum on Place Saint Lambert is Liège's oldest and one of its most important sites. Dating back over 9,000 years ago to prehistoric times this archaeological site is the largest of its kind in Europe. Evidence of every period of Liège's history can be traced back to the Archeoforum through artifacts and the structure of the building.  This is a fantastic day out for the family as the enthusiastic guides will be both informative and entertaining to groups of all ages.

Aquarium Museum

The Aquarium Museum is part of the University of Liège and is a centre of biodiversity for both study and observation. The aquarium itself holds over 46 tanks with over 2,500 fish including sharks, eels and even some of our very own Belgian fish. The museum contains over 20,000 preserved species from across the globe from the smallest of insects to the largest land mammal the elephant. A day at the Aquarium Museum is sure to enthrall both parents and children alike.
